Miami-Dade County condo sales bounced back last week. Total condo sales, dollar volume and price per square foot all rose.
Brokers closed 193 condo sales totaling $143 million last week, capping two weeks of losses. The week prior, brokers closed 129 sales for $82.4 million and the week before that, 155 sales at $115 million.
Last week, units sold for an average of $740,000, higher than the $638,000 from the week prior. The average price per square foot rose to $537 from $517 according to MLS data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.9 million to $18.5 million. For all 193 sales, prices ranged from $92,000 to $18.5 million.
Four Seasons Residences at the Surf Club unit S-207 in Surfside took the top spot, closing at $18.5 million or $4,229 per square foot after 115 days on the market. Ximena Penuela and Kimberlyn Montilva, both with Fort Realty, had the listing. Dustin Nero with Douglas Elliman represented the buyer.
A condo at Regalia took second place with a $7.75 million sale. Unit six at 19575 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach closed at $1,552 per square foot after 202 days on the market. Chad Carrol with Compass Florida brokered both sides of the deal.
