Miami-Dade County condo sales, total dollar volume and average sale price fell last week, while the average price per square foot rose.
Brokers closed 151 condo sales totaling $87 million last week, a decline from 175 condo sales totaling $110 million the previous week.
Units sold for an average price of $579,000, lower than the $630,000 from the week prior. The average price per square foot rose to $511 from $504, according to data from condo.com. Last week, condos closed after an average of 59 days on the market.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.5 million to $5.5 million.
One Bal Harbour unit 809 at 10295 Collins Avenue in Bal Harbour took the top spot with a $5.5 million closing. The sale equated to $2,081 per square foot after 49 days on the market. Jodi Macken with Macken Realty had the listing, and Joanna Jimenez with Compass Florida represented the buyer.
A condo at Trump Tower I snagged second place with a $2.6 million sale. Unit 2701 at 10061 Collins Avenue unit 2701 in Sunny Isles Beach closed at $939 per square foot after 202 days on the market. Linda Mannix Burt with RE/MAX had the listing. Cassio Faccin with Faccin Group Realty represented the buyer.
