Elliman listing at One Park Grove tops Miami-Dade weekly condo sales

Top 10 deals last week ranged from $1.2M to $8.5M, trailing prior week

Miami-Dade County Condo Sales Tumble Last Week

Miami-Dade County condo sales tumbled last week, with total dollar volume, total sales, and price per square falling far short of their totals from the previous week.

Brokers closed 105 condo sales totaling $64 million last week, down from 149 sales totaling $146 million the week prior.

From Nov. 5 to Nov. 11, units sold for an average of $616,000, lower than the $978,000 from the week prior. The average price per square foot fell to $508 from $569, according to data from condo.com. Last week, condos closed after an average of 69 days on the market.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.2 million to $8.5 million. Only the top sale exceeded $5 million in price.

One Park Grove condo unit 7A at 2811 South Bayshore Drive in Miami took the top spot with an $8.5 million closing. David Siddons with Douglas Elliman had the listing and Pietro Belmonte, also with Douglas Elliman, represented the buyer. The sale breaks down to $2,618 and closed after 30 days on the market. 

The runner-up was unit 2001 at Ocean Two at 19111 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, which sold for $2.3 million — or $844 per square foot — after 106 days on the market. Amanda McLaughlin with LoKation worked both sides of the deal.
