Miami-Dade County condo sales, dollar volume and average sale price rose last week, while the average price per square foot fell.

Brokers closed 122 condo sales totaling $107 million from Nov. 26th to Dec. 2nd, up from 70 condo sales totaling $61 million the week prior.

Last week’s units sold for an average of $878,000, higher than the $873,000 from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $570 from $581, according to data from condo.com. Condos closed after an average of 60 days on the market.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $2.2 million to $19.3 million. Two sales exceeded $5 million in price.

Apogee unit 1504 at 800 South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach clinched the top spot with a $19.3 million closing. Hillary Hertzberg with the Jills Zeder Group of Coldwell Banker had the listing, and Leah Barney with Official represented the buyer. The sale closed after 40 days on the market at $4,631 per square foot.

Continuum on South Beach unit 1009 at 100 South Pointe Drive, also in Miami Beach, closed for the second highest amount, of $5.7 million — or $3,574 per square foot — after 34 days on market. Jorge Martinez with One Sotheby’s International Realty had the listing, and Jean-Louis Narboni with MLR Realty represented the buyer.
