Bayview on Fisher Island tops Miami-Dade weekly condo sales — again

Top 10 sales ranged from $1.2M to $5.8M

Miami-Dade County’s condo sales and dollar volume fell last week, while the average sale price and average price per square foot rose.

Brokers closed 80 condo sales totaling $56.8 million from Feb. 4th to Feb. 10th. The previous week, brokers closed 123 condo sales totaling $84.5 million.

Last week’s units sold for an average of $710,430, higher than the $687,147 average sale price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $548 from $500, according to data from condo.com. Condos closed after an average of 84 days on the market.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.2 million to $5.8 million. Only one sale exceeded $5 million in price.

For the second week in a row, a Bayview unit on Fisher Island took the top spot. Unit 4822 at 4822 Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach sold for $5.8 million. Monica Defortuna had the listing. Nelson Duque represented the buyer. Both agents are with Fortune Christie’s International Real Estate. The sale closed after 10 days on the market at $1,634 per square foot.
Also just like last week, an Acqualina unit in Sunny Isles Beach took second place price-wise. Unit 1801 at 17875 Collins Avenue, closed for $4.9 million, or $1,773 per square foot, after 34 days on the market. Alina Kavall with Golden Keys had the listing. Sylvia Dilsen with Charles Rutenberg Realty FTL represented the buyer.
