A $28 million closing at the Bristol took the title of priciest sale last month. It sold for $3,032 per square foot after 315 days on the market. Christian Angle with Christian Angle Real Estate had the listing, and Suzanne Frisbie with Corcoran represented the buyer.

The sale price was much more than March’s priciest sale. Unit 3A at Kirkland House in Palm Beach sold for $11.9 million.

In contrast, April’s cheapest sale was at Lake Clarke Gardens in Lake Worth. Unit 101 at 2647 North Garden Drive traded for $60,000 — or $67 per square foot — after 80 days on the market. Erika and Regina Husbands with Robert Slack LLC had the listing. Julia Shust, also with Robert Slack LLC, represented the buyer.
