The brokerage brought in Nxt Lvl Realty, a 50-agent brokerage led by Osmany Mondaca, according to a press release. The brokerage was previously based in Pinecrest and has closed almost $1 billion in sales since launching in 2012.

The 50-agent team will now be based at Compass’ Coral Gables office. The agents cover markets spanning the Florida Keys to Palm Beach County

Also adding to the brokerage’s South Florida presence, Tony Oakley, a Compass sales manager previously based in New York City, moved to the Fort Lauderdale office.
