Miami-Dade County’s condo sales entered June with a $14.4 million sale at Apogee leading the way.

Brokers closed 152 condo deals totaling $126 million from May 27th to June 3rd. Units sold for an average of $830,000, and the price per square foot settled around $580, according to data from Redfin.

Data for the week prior was not available.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $2.1 million to $14.4 million. 

Apogee at 800 South Pointe Drive, unit 1104 in Miami Beach, took the top spot with a $14.4 million closing. The sale closed for about $3,500 per square foot. Jill and Daniel Hertzberg, both with Coldwell Banker Realty had the listing. Tracy Galya with Douglas Elliman represented the buyer. The unit sold after 158 days on the market.

Continuum on South Beach at 100 South Pointe Drive, unit 506 in Miami Beach, closed for the second highest amount at $6.8, o about $2,700 per square foot. Sonia Toth with Brown Harris Stevens and Carlo Dipasquale with Compass had the listing. Sheila Michelle Rojas and Deven Rojas of Brown Harris Stevens Miami represented the buyer.

Continuum has been a hot spot for transactions. Twice last month, closings at the complex topped the weekly sales charts, with one unit closing at $10 million and another at $17.8 million.
