The founder of a top legal recruiting firm dropped $19.5 million on a mansion in Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club, Boca Raton’s priciest neighborhood.

Records show the trust of Bridget Maguire bought the house at 215 West Coconut Palm Road from Vincenzo and Donna Ferrara.

David Roberts of Royal Palm Properties represented both sides of the deal. He ranked as the top real estate agent in Palm Beach County in The Real Deal’s 2023 ranking.

Maguire founded Premier Legal Advantage, a Miami-based recruiting service that works with top law firms, hedge funds, banks and insurance companies, according to its website.

The Ferraras bought the 0.3-acre property for $4.5 million in 2020, property records show. They hired Steve and Scott Dingle’s SRD Building to build the 8,100-square-foot mansion, which was completed in 2022, the listing and records show. The mansion has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, a gym, wine room, pool and dock.

The couple listed the home for $23.5 million in December, according to Realtor.com.

Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club is the epicenter of Boca Raton’s luxury real estate market. Last month, the Dingle brothers bought a waterfront teardown in the gated community for $36 million, a record price for Boca Raton. They will likely build a spec estate, which is popular among Royal Palm’s luxury buyers. A hotelier sold a waterfront spec mansion for $28.5 million in April, right after another waterfront spec mansion sold for $26.5 million.
