In the latest roundup of South Florida real estate hiring news, firms are making moves in the summer slow season.

Coral Gables-based Codina Partners promoted Adrian Morales to vice president of asset and property management, according to a press release. Morales joined the firm last year and was previously director of asset and property management, according to LinkedIn. Prior to his work with Codina Partners, Morales was director of facilities and fleet management for the city of Miami Beach.

In his new role, Morales will oversee Codina’s portfolio and manage daily operations across its holdings, including at Downtown Doral

Premier Sotheby’s International Realty tapped Adam Kaufman as senior vice president of new development for the Naples-based brokerage, a press release shows. Kaufman will oversee new development sales across Florida and North Carolina markets, according to the release.

Kaufman previously founded his own brokerage, AdaMark Residential, in 2022. 

In Miami, One Sotheby’s International Realty agents Lydia Eskenazi and Jonathan Bigelman are launching the BE Luxury Group, a press release shows. Their newly formed team includes Corina Browarnik and Karolina Bil, and specializes in Golden Beach, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands and Miami Beach markets, the release shows.
