Condo sales in Palm Beach County continued sliding in June. Total sales, dollar volume, price per square foot and median sale price tumbled.

June condo sales totaled $309 million, falling from $439 million in May. Brokers closed 590 sales last month, down from 779 sales in May and 838 in April, Multiple Listing Service data from Redfin show.

June sale prices ranged from $20,000 to $9 million, with a median sale price of $277,000. The price per square foot ranged from $14 to $3,573, with a median of $243 per square foot.

In May, sales closed with a median price of $290,000, and $247 per square foot.

A $9 million closing at Palm Beach Hampton was the priciest sale last month. Unit 501s at 3100 South Ocean Boulevard in Palm Beach sold for $1,802 per square foot after 185 days on the market. Candace and Phillip Friis with Corcoran had the listing, and Kourtney Pulitzer with Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer. The property was originally listed for $10.4 million.

Unit H at Stratford at Hunters Run, at 48 Stratford Lane in Boynton Beach, took the title of June’s cheapest sale, at $20,000 — or $14 per square foot — after 320 days on the market. It was originally listed for $90,000. Jonathan Goldman with Compass Florida represented both sides of the deal.
