A Fisher Island closing led Miami-Dade County’s condo sales last week, as total dollar volume, average sale price and average price per square foot rose. 

Brokers closed 113 condo sales totaling $92.8 million from July 8th to July 15th. The previous week, brokers closed 118 condo sales totaling $92.2 million.

Last week’s units sold for an average of $821,936, higher than the $780,998 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $563 from $494, according to data from Redfin.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.8 million to $11.8 million.

Fisher Island unit 7654, at 7600 Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach, took the top spot with a $11.8 million closing. The sale closed at $3,150 per square foot after 163 days on the market. Karla Abaunza and Jorge Escasena, both with Luxury Living Realty, had the listing. Elena Bluntzer with One Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer.

Unit PH1 at the Monaco Yacht Club Residences, at 6800 Indian Creek in Miami Beach, closed for the second highest amount of $5.7 million, or $2,245 per square foot. Levi Meyer with Compass Florida had the listing, and Arno De Vos with De Vos Real Estate represented the buyer. The sale closed after 218 days on the market.
