In the latest roundup of South Florida real estate hiring news, the Urban Land Institute tapped Integra Realty Resources CEO Anthony Graziano to serve as district council chair for Southeast Florida and the Caribbean.
Integra’s Graziano will serve a two-year term, according to a press release. During his time as chair, Graziano will head ULI’s work with public and private sector leaders, the release shows.
Design firm Ware Malcomb promoted Rei Gomez to principal in its Miami office, a press release shows. Gomez has been with the firm since 2016, and was promoted to regional director in 2021, according to the release. In his new role, in addition to his architectural design practice, Gomez will help lead the firm’s Miami office.
Also in Miami, Serhant brought in agent Jorge Fernandez, a press release shows. Fernandez was previously with Compass for nearly nine years, according to LinkedIn. Last year, he closed $45 million in sales volume, the release shows.
SVN Commercial Partners hired Boca Raton-based Sean Old as team leader of its multi-housing group, according to a press release. Old joins the firm following seven years working in investment sales with Colliers International, LinkedIn shows. In his new role, Old will be responsible for the growth of his team, which provides advisory services to investors and institutions.
