Top 10 sales ranged from $1.7M to $10.5M, dollar volume and price per foot fell

Miami-Dade County’s condo sales slipped last week, despite a standout Fisher Island deal.

Brokers closed 131 condo sales totaling $87.5 million from July 22nd to July 29th. The previous week, brokers closed 140 condo sales totaling $131 million.

Last week’s units sold for an average of $668,297, lower than the $938,812 sales average from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $509 from $586, according to data from Redfin.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.69 million to $10.5 million.

Bayview Unit 5263 at 5263 Fisher Island Drive took the top spot with a $10.5 million closing. The sale closed at $2,770 per square foot after 66 days on the market. Karla Abaunza and Jorge Escasena, both with Luxury Living Realty, had the listing. Ina Mustad with Konsulet Group represented the buyer.

Unit 1404 at Murano at Portofino, at 1000 South Pointe Drive, in Miami Beach, closed for the second highest amount, $3.7 million, or $1,689 per square foot, after 49 days on the market. Lisa Van Wagenen with Brown Harris Stevens worked both sides of the deal.
