Secrest is the founder and owner of Florida Surfaces Pro, a Fort Lauderdale and Tampa-based exterior home detailing business with operations across much of the state.

The couple bought the Key Biscayne house for $9 million in 2021, property records show. Built in 2013 on 0.3 acres, the 5,800-square-foot house has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, one half-bathroom, a pool and a dock, according to records. Miami architect Cesar Molina designed the home, and it was renovated in 2022, the listing shows.

It hit the market for $20 million in August of last year, according to Realtor.com.

Key Biscayne has become a magnet for wealthy buyers in recent years, with many purchasing pricey teardowns in the island community. In May, medical device boss Gerald Slemko sold a waterfront teardown for $19.3 million. In March, the son of the late former Miami mayor Maurice A. Ferré sold a waterfront teardown for $16.5 million. The former CEO of Telemundo sold a waterfront home for $18 million in April.
