Miami-Dade County’s condo sales and dollar volume rose last week, with a unit at Residences by Armani/Casa leading the way.

Brokers closed 156 condo sales totaling $105 million from July 29th to Aug. 5th. The previous week, brokers closed 131 condo sales totaling $87.5 million.

Last week’s units sold for an average of $673,346, slightly higher than the $668,297 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot remained essentially flat at $510, compared to $509 the previous week, according to data from Redfin.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.8 million to $4.8 million. 

Unit 5201 at Residences at Armani/Casa, at 18975 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, took the top spot with a $4.8 million closing. The sale closed at $1,557 per square foot after 264 days on the market. Catalina Vanoy with Million and Up Realty had the listing, and Bento Queiroz with Compass Florida represented the buyer.

Unit 2101 at Bella Marè at Williams Island, at 6000 Island Boulevard in Aventura, closed for the second highest amount of $4 million, or $976 per square foot. Lisa Snider with One Sotheby’s International Realty had the listing. Karen Dornbusch, also with One Sotheby’s International Realty, represented the buyer. The sale closed after 71 days on the market.
