Miami-Dade County’s condo sales and dollar volume rose last week, while the average sale price and price per square foot fell.

Brokers closed 154 condo sales totaling $107 million from Aug. 26th to Sept. 2nd. The previous week, brokers closed 114 condo sales totaling $97.1 million.

Last week’s units sold for an average of $693,754, lower than the $851,894 average sale price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $480 from $542, according to data from Redfin.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $2.4 million to $7.9 million. 

Unit 1202 at One Thousand Museum, at 1000 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami, snagged the top spot with a $7.9 million closing. Carl Gambino and Andrew Kardonski, both with Compass Florida, had the listing. Nicolas Pollini with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty represented the buyer. The sale closed at $940 per square foot after 21 days on the market.

Unit PH2D at Bal Harbour Tower, at 9999 Collins Avenue in Bal Harbour, closed for the second highest amount at $4.9 million, or $933 per square foot, after 182 days on the market. Nancy Batchelor with Compass Florida had the listing. Lenor Ortiz with Compass Florida represented the buyer.
