The owner of a plastic surgery center in Miami paid $34 million for an oceanfront estate in Golden Beach.
The deal, which closed on Friday, marks the second most expensive home sale in Golden Beach. The priciest is the $45 million sale of 299 Ocean Boulevard in 2022, which was part of a larger assemblage that traded for about $93 million.
Last week, Samuel Ohev-Zion, CEO of Doral-based cellphone company BLU Products, and his ex-wife, Michelle Bittman, sold the 11,880-square-foot, nine-bedroom house at 263 Ocean Boulevard. Ohev-Zion paid $11 million for the half-acre property in 2015.
The mansion was built in 2019 and includes 13 bathrooms, a large terrace with a pool and summer kitchen, a home theater and a rooftop terrace, according to the listing. Todd Michael Glaser built the house and DOMO Architecture & Design designed the property.
A company named after the address and managed by Daniel Gonzalez purchased the home. Gonzalez leads Miami-based Glamorous Life Cosmetic Surgery.
The three-story mansion was asking $42 million with Nelson Gonzalez of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty. Gonzalez, who is not related to the buyer, also represented the buyer.
Daniel Gonzalez plans to live in the home, which recently underwent a million-dollar renovation, Nelson Gonzalez said.
Nelson Gonzalez said it is the only modern, move-in ready home on the market in Golden Beach. “Everything else for sale is from the 1940s and [older] and they’re probably all teardowns,” he said.
