Broward County’s condo sales, dollar volume and price per square foot rose last week.
Brokers closed 73 condo sales totaling $20.19 million from Sept. 15th to Sept. 22nd. The previous week, brokers closed 54 condo sales totaling $13.9 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average price of $276,614, higher than the $257,589 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose slightly to $261 from $260, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $433,000 to $1.4 million.
Unit LP4911 at the Beach Club II, at 1830 South Ocean Drive in Hallandale Beach, took the top spot with a $1.4 million closing. Juliana Tobon with Cervera Real Estate had the listing, and Sebastian Pappalettera with Infinite Projects Realty represented the buyer. The sale closed at $888 per square foot after 69 days on the market.
Unit 412 at the Pilot House, at 3100 Northeast 48th Street in Fort Lauderdale, closed for the second highest amount, $759,000, or $384 per square foot. Scott Cowles with Redfin had the listing. Lois Rutigliano with One Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer. The sale closed after 66 days on the market.
