Palm Beach County’s condo sales and dollar volume gained steam last week.
Brokers closed 93 condo sales totaling $46.2 million from Sept. 22nd to Sept. 29th. The previous week, brokers closed 67 condo sales totaling $45.9 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average price of $497,032, lower than the $593,041 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $289 from $343, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $812,500 to $9.4 million
Unit 505 at One Thousand Ocean, at 1000 South Ocean Boulevard in Boca Raton, took the top spot with a $9.4 million closing. The sale closed at $2,080 per square foot after 288 days on the market. Marcy Javor with Signature One Luxury Estates had the listing. Michael O’Connor and Nicholas Malinosky, both with Douglas Elliman, represented the buyer.
Unit S405 at the Enclave of Palm Beach, at 3170 South Ocean Boulevard in Palm Beach, closed for the second highest amount, $3.2 million, or $1,085 per square foot. Leslie Judge with Illustrated Properties had the listing. Nina Grody with William Raveis South Florida represented the buyer. The deal closed after 406 days on the market.
