Cohen is also a financier. He co-founded Iridian Asset Management, a Westport, Connecticut-based investment firm. Records show he bought an oceanfront mansion on Jupiter Island in Hobe Sound for $18.9 million in September.

Cohen and Seiders bought the Bear’s Club mansion for $6 million in 2014, records show. Built on 1 acre in 2010, the 8,700-square-foot home has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, two half-bathrooms and a pool, according to property records.

The couple listed the mansion for $19 million in April, Zillow shows. It was delisted in July. The sale price equates to a near tripling of home value in the decade Cohen and Seiders owned it.

The Bear’s Club a is a gated golf community in Jupiter, coveted by luxury buyers and known for high-profile residents. In June, heirs of the Johnson & Johnson fortune sold a home in the community for $13.4 million. In April, Michael Jordan, a longtime Bear’s Club resident, bought a second mansion for $16.5 million. In October of last year, Planet Fitness co-founder Michael Grondahl sold a mansion for $14.5 million.
