Miami-Dade County’s condo sales and dollar volume rose last week.
Brokers closed 120 condo sales totaling $92.5 million from Oct. 27th to Nov. 3rd. The previous week, brokers closed 112 condo sales totaling $87.7 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $770,797, lower than the $782,730 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $543 from $478, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $2.3 million to $5 million.
Unit 901 at Jade Signature, at 16901 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, took the top spot with a $5 million closing. The sale closed at $1,669 per square foot after 206 days on the market. Marcelo Violland with Prime International Associates had the listing. Jose Augusto Nunes and Yorghi Abad Mitre, both with Algebra Realty.com represented the buyer.
Unit 2804 at Murano Grande at Portofino, at 400 Alton Road in Miami Beach, closed for the second highest amount, $4.4 million, or $1,471 per square foot. Dean Bloch with Douglas Elliman had the listing. David Vazquez, also with Douglas Elliman, represented the buyer. The sale closed after 78 days on the market.
