Bayview Fisher Island closing tops Miami-Dade weekly condo sales 

Top 10 sales ranged from $2.4M to $11.4M

Miami-Dade County’s condo sales and dollar volume rose last week.

Brokers closed 102 condo sales totaling $104 million from Nov. 10th to Nov. 17th. The previous week, brokers closed 83 condo sales totaling $92.5 million.

Last week’s units sold for an average of $1,022,796, higher than the $735,595 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $606 from $557, according to data from Redfin.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $2.4 million to $11.4 million. 

Unit 5211, at Bayview Fisher Island, at 5211 Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach, took the top spot with an $11.4 million closing. The sale closed at $2,830 per square foot after 337 days on the market. Julian Johnston and Richard Taylor, both with Corcoran, had the listing. No buyer’s agent was given.

Unit 701S, at Bal Harbour North, at 9701 Collins Avenue in Bal Harbour, closed for the second highest amount, $8.3 million, or $2,137 per square foot. Ryan Mendell with Maxwell E. Realty had the listing. Marina Zaslavskaya with Keller Williams Elite Properties represented the buyer. The sale closed after 63 days on the market.
