Jonathan Landau’s Landau Properties brought in One Sotheby’s International Realty to take over sales for the planned Indian Creek Residences & Yacht Club in Bay Harbor Islands, a press release shows. Landau launched the project last year with Tal and Oren Alexander’s Official leading sales, but dropped the team after sexual assault allegations emerged against the brothers earlier this year.
The eight-story, nine-unit project is partly presold, and closings are expected to begin in fall of next year, the release shows. One Sotheby’s agents Steve Snider, Vanessa Frank and David Pullman are leading sales.
Oak Brook, Illinois-based CenterPoint Properties hired Jonathan Guffey as vice president of leasing for the East region, based in its Fort Lauderdale office, according to a press release. Guffey joins the firm from Prologis, where he was a vice president and leasing officer for five years, LinkedIn shows. The region Guffey will focus on includes South Florida; New York; New Jersey; Lehigh Valley and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Charleston and Greenville, South Carolina; and Savannah and Atlanta in Georgia, the release shows.
Walker & Dunlop brought in Christina Searles as a director of investment sales in South Florida, according to a press release. She joins the firm from CBRE, where she was a broker for two years, LinkedIn shows.
Longtime Cervera Real Estate agent Juan Carlos Tobon jumped to PMG Residential, according to a press release. Tobon had been an agent with Cervera for 19 years, the release shows.
Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes mega team brought in Katya Demina as an agent in South Florida, according to a spokesperson. Demina co-founded PROFILEmiami and was a development associate with the Royal Palm Companies for four years, LinkedIn shows.
Cameron Roth joined Coldwell Banker Realty in its Boca Raton office from Balistreri Realty, a press release shows. Roth has closed more than $50 million in career sales, according to the release.
