Palm Beach County’s condo sales and dollar volume fell during Thanksgiving week.
Brokers closed 53 condo sales totaling $17.7 million from Nov. 24th to Dec. 1st. The previous week, brokers closed 82 condo sales totaling $31.7 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $334,751, lower than the $386,830 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $276 from $288, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $380,000 to $2.8 million.
Unit 501N at Beach Point, at 2660 South Ocean Boulevard in Palm Beach, took the top spot with a $2.8 million closing. The sale closed at $1,287 per square foot after 80 days on the market. Christopher Leavitt with Douglas Elliman, and William McManus with Corcoran had the listing. Jonathan Buch with Redfin represented the buyer.
Unit 20J at Eastpointe, at 5380 North Ocean Drive on Singer Island, closed for the second highest amount, $1.5 million, or $543 per square foot. Paige Rose with Weigert Realty Services had the listing. No buyer’s agent was given. The sale closed after 44 days on the market.
