Broward County’s condo sales and dollar volume fell over Thanksgiving week.
Brokers closed 83 condo sales totaling $32.3 million from Nov. 24th to Dec. 1st. The previous week, brokers closed 119 condo sales totaling $34.3 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $388,858, higher than the $288,204 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $301 from $261, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $580,000 to $4.5 million.
Unit 803 at Solemar, at 1116 North Ocean Boulevard in Pompano Beach, took the top spot with a $4.5 million closing. The sale closed at $1,099 per square foot after 299 days on the market. Michelle Nunez with Fortune International Realty and Megan Probst with Compass Florida handled both sides of the deal.
Unit 1803, also at Solemar, closed for the second highest amount, $2.3 million, or $1,220 per square foot. Megan Probst and Crystal Moonilal, both with Compass Florida, had the listing.
