Miami-Dade County’s condo dollar volume rose in the second week of January, with an $8.6 million closing at Terra’s Mr. C Residences in Coconut Grove topping sales. 

Brokers closed 93 condo sales totaling $61.9 million from Jan. 5 to Jan. 12. The previous week, brokers closed 92 condo sales totaling $59.5 million.

Last week’s units sold for an average of $665,359, higher than the $646,506 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $503 from $511, according to data from Redfin.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.2 million to $8.6 million.

Unit 1702-1706 at Mr. C Residences in Coconut Grove, at 2655 South Bayshore Drive in Miami, took the top spot with a $8.6 million closing. The sale closed at $2,371 per square foot after 133 days on market.

Terrence Brewer with Grove Real Estate had the listing, and Richard Teed with the Agency brought the buyer.

Unit 1206N at Oceana Key Biscayne, at 350 Ocean Drive in Key Biscayne, took the second highest spot with a $5.9 million closing. The sale closed at $2,592 per square foot after 244 days on market.

Giulietta Ulloa and Jennifer Perez with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty had the listing. Elena Chacon, another Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty agent, represented the buyer.
