Palm Beach County’s condo sales and dollar volume rose slightly in the second week of January.

Brokers closed 99 condo sales totaling $61.3 million from Jan. 5 to Jan. 12. The previous week, brokers closed 95 condo sales totaling $61 million.

Last week’s units sold for an average of $619,637, lower than the $641,448 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $348 from $390, according to data from Redfin.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.3 million to $14 million. 

Unit 905/906 at Palm Beach Biltmore, at 150 Bradley Place in Palm Beach, took the top spot with a $14 million closing. The sale closed at $3,266 per square foot after 31 days on the market.

Christopher Leavitt with Douglas Elliman had the listing, and Catherine Applegate with Douglas Elliman brought the buyer.

Unit 108S at Mizner Grand, at 600 Southeast 5th Avenue in Boca Raton, closed for the second highest amount, $4.4 million, or $848 per square foot after 286 days on the market.

Jonathan Postma with Coldwell Banker Realty represented both the buyer and the seller.
