Miami-Dade County’s condo sales rose, while dollar volume fell last week.
Brokers closed 97 condo sales totaling $71.2 million from Jan. 26 to Feb. 2. The previous week, brokers closed 85 condo sales totaling $93.9 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $733,712, lower than the $1,105,012 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $525 from $598, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.6 million to $5.5 million.
Unit 3802 at Turnberry Ocean Club, at 18501 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, took the top spot with a $5.5 million closing. The sale closed at $1,760 per square foot after 336 days on market.
Daniela Carvalho with Jad Realty had the listing, and Mariana Shulga with Mariana Shulga brought the buyer.
Unit 4405 at Five Park, at 500 Alton Road in Miami Beach, closed for the second highest amount, $5.2 million, or $2,615 per square foot after 99 days on market.
Christopher Wands and Anca Mirescu with Douglas Elliman had the listing, and Christopher Wands and Lazara Hoyos with Douglas Elliman represented the buyer.
