Miami-Dade County’s condo sales and dollar volume dropped slightly in the first week of March.
Brokers closed 117 condo sales totaling $120.8 million from Mar. 2 to Mar. 9. The previous week, brokers closed 124 condo sales totaling $125.8 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $1,032,863, higher than the $1,014,817 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $653 from $635, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $4 million to $6.8 million.
Unit 502 at Mansions at Acqualina, at 17749 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, took the top spot with a $6.8 million closing. The sale closed at $1,475 per square foot after 108 days on market.
Ludmila Bogatov with Bogatov Realty had the listing, and Yuriy Ustoyev with Encore Alliance Realty brought the buyer.
Unit 7A at Two Park Grove, at 2821 South Bayshore Drive in Miami’s Coconut Grove, closed for the second highest amount, $6.7 million, or $1,888 per square foot after 28 days on market.
Daniela Zeitel Helcer with Douglas Elliman had the listing, and Ashley Cusack with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty represented the buyer.
