Integra Investments is launching sales for Sereno Fort Lauderdale, a condo project with prices starting at $1.4 million.
The Miami-based developer is planning the 14-story, 76-unit condominium for 2901 Northeast 9th Court in Fort Lauderdale, according to a press release. It was originally planned as an 11-story, 54-unit condominium with a 12-story, 100-key hotel.
Integra, led by principals Paulo Tavares de Melo, Victor Ballestas and Nelson Stabile, amended plans for the previous Ocean Park Residences project and renamed it Sereno Fort Lauderdale. The developer won approval for the new concept in November.
The updated condo plan includes one-, two- and three-bedroom units that span 1,100 square feet to 2,400 square feet, the release shows. Amenities will include two rooftops, one with a pool and an outdoor kitchen, the other with a pickleball court, fitness center and spa facilities. Sereno will also have a lounge, children’s playroom and a pet spa, the release shows.
The design team includes FSMY Architects + Planners, interiors firm 1508 London and landscape architecture firm Design Studio Boca, according to the release. One Sotheby’s International Realty is leading sales and marketing for the project. Construction is expected to be completed in 2028, the release shows.
Fort Lauderdale has emerged as a magnet for luxury condo developers. More than 3,900 condos are in the development pipeline across Broward County, the majority of which are planned for Fort Lauderdale. Earlier this month, Regency Development Group launched sales for Regency Park, a 24-unit townhouse project planned in Fort Lauderdale, with prices starting at $2 million. In December, Naftali Group launched sales for Viceroy Residences Fort Lauderdale, a planned 45-story, 370-unit branded condo tower with prices starting at $520,000.
