Palm Beach County’s condo sales and dollar volume rose in the second week of March.
Brokers closed 139 condo sales totaling $96.4 million from Mar. 9 to Mar. 16. The previous week, brokers closed 111 condo sales totaling $57 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $693,338, higher than the $513,901 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $387 from $311, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.8 million to $14.9 million.
Unit 1401 at The Bristol, at 1100 South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, took the top spot with a $14.9 million closing. The sale closed at $3,419 per square foot after 349 days on market.
Samantha Curry with Douglas Elliman had the listing, and Antoinette Vigilante with Sotheby’s International Realty brought the buyer.
PH 5 at Sun & Surf, at 100 Sunrise Avenue in Palm Beach, closed for the second highest amount, $9.9 million, or $3,301 per square foot after 181 days on market.
Dana Koch with the Corcoran Group had the listing, and Spencer Schlager with Douglas Elliman brought the buyer.
