Dream Life Realty merged into Re/Max Advance Realty, according to a press release. Dream Life is a 181-agent brokerage based in Coral Gables, the release shows. With the addition, Re/Max Advance now has offices in Coral Gables, South Miami, North Miami, Kendall, Key Largo, Key West, Davie, Miramar and Hollywood Beach, the release shows. The brokerage now has a total of 335 agents.

The real estate sales and marketing firm Powered by DMT brought in agent Yoann Dorat, according to a press release. Dorat focuses on luxury new development, and was previously an agent with One Sotheby’s International Realty for eight months, LinkedIn shows.
