Oceana Key Biscayne closing tops Miami-Dade weekly condo sales

Miami-Dade County’s condo sales and dollar volume dropped in the third week of March.

Brokers closed 116 condo sales totaling $79.2 million from Mar. 16 to Mar. 23. The previous week, brokers closed 135 condo sales totaling $177.2 million.

Last week’s units sold for an average of $682,803, lower than the $1,312,551 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $536 from $685, according to data from Redfin.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.7 million to $5.5 million. 

Unit 406S at Oceana Key Biscayne, at 360 Ocean Drive in Key Biscayne, took the top spot with a $5.5 million closing. The sale closed at $2,437 per square foot after 59 days on market. 

Gloria Ramirez with Great Properties International had the listing, and Jill Eber with Coldwell Banker Realty brought the buyer.

Unit 1901 at the Bristol Tower, at 2127 Brickell Avenue in Miami, closed for the second highest amount, $3 million, or $1,154 per square foot after 115 days on market.

Esther Sultan Osechas with Compass had the listing, and Maria Lopez Pulido with Property Partners represented the buyer.
