Brokers closed 118 condo sales totaling $62.3 million from Mar. 16 to Mar. 23. The previous week, brokers closed 139 condo sales totaling $96.4 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $527,811, lower than the $693,338 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $304 from $387, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.3 million to $13 million.
Unit 701 at One Thousand Ocean, at 1000 South Ocean Boulevard in Boca Raton, took the top spot with a $13 million closing. The sale closed at $2,153 per square foot after 98 days on market.
Senada Adžem with Douglas Elliman had the listing, and Jonathan Postma with Coldwell Banker Realty brought the buyer.
Unit 902 at the Oceanfront at Juno Beach, at 570 Ocean Drive in Juno Beach. closed for the second highest amount, $3.1 million, or $771 per square foot after 182 days on market.
Carla Christenson and Richard Powers with One Sotheby’s International Realty had the listing, and Andrea Roth with Echo Fine Properties represented the buyer.
