PulteGroup dropped $39.5 million on homesites for its planned Reserve at Eastpointe luxury single-family community near Palm Beach Gardens.
Records show Pulte bought the sites at the intersection of Donald Ross Road and North Jog Road from an affiliate of Fort Lauderdale-based GT USA. The Atlanta-based homebuilder had already paid $4.7 million for eight sites for model homes, bringing its total amount spent on sites to $44.3 million, according to property records.
Pulte’s luxury division, DiVosta Homes, is planning a total of 75 single-family homes for Reserve at Eastpointe, which will be adjacent to Eastpointe Country Club. Buyers will receive membership to the club, which includes golf, a gym, dining, tennis and pickleball courts.
Reserve at Eastpointe will include homes ranging from 2,100 square feet to 3,600 square feet, with between two and five bedrooms, DiVosta’s website shows. Prices range from $1.3 million to $1.7 million. Sales begin later this year.
Pulte, led by CEO Ryan Marshall, is a prolific homebuilder in South Florida.
The firm is also planning a luxury single-family community with 42 homes on a 22.5-acre site in Wellington. Pulte bought the site from the Catholic Church for $11.7 million last year. The developer is planning another 145 single-family homes near Wellington at a site it bought for $31.9 million in May.
