Miami-Dade County’s condo sales and dollar volume rose in the last week of March.
Brokers closed 126 condo sales totaling $106.3 million from Mar. 23 to Mar. 30. The previous week, brokers closed 116 condo sales totaling $79.2 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $843,850, higher than the $682,803 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $547 from $536, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $2.6 million to $11.3 million.
Unit 201 at 321 Ocean, at 321 Ocean Drive in Miami Beach, took the top spot with an $11.3 million closing. The sale closed at $2,557 per square foot after 124 days on market.
Mick Duchon and Eloy Carmenate with the Corcoran Group had the listing, and Darin Tansey with Douglas Elliman represented the buyer.
Unit 802 at Mansions at Acqualina, at 17749 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, closed for the second highest amount, $6.1 million, or $1,323 per square foot after 279 days on market.
Adi Amuial with Miles Goldstein Real Estate had the listing, and Adriana Vargas Hernandez with Acqualina Realty brought the buyer.
