Brokers closed 152 condo sales totaling $49 million from Mar. 23 to Mar. 30. The previous week, brokers closed 116 condo sales totaling $38.2 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $322,334, lower than the $329,636 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $270 from $273, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $750,000 to $2.8 million.
Unit 1601 at Apogee Beach, at 3951 South Ocean Drive in Hollywood, took the top spot with a $2.8 million closing. The sale closed at $885 per square foot after 245 days on market.
Chad Carroll with Compass had the listing, and Ryan Mendell with Maxwell E Realty brought the buyer.
Unit 1502 at Europa by the Sea, at 1460 South Ocean Boulevard in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, closed for the second highest amount, $1.9 million, or $559 per square foot after 230 days on market.
