Miami-Dade County’s condo sales and dollar volume rose last week.
Brokers closed 152 condo sales totaling $131.8 million from Mar. 30 to Apr. 6. The previous week, brokers closed 126 condo sales totaling $106.3 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $867,375, higher than the $843,850 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $585 from $547, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $2.3 million to $10.2 million.
Unit 28 at Regalia, at 19575 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, took the top spot with a $10.2 million closing. The sale closed at $2,043 per square foot after 938 days on market.
Irina Sang with Atlantic VIP Realty Group represented both the buyer and the seller.
Unit 2904 at Estates at Acqualina, at 17901 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, closed for the second highest amount, $8.7 million, or $2,288 per square foot after 192 days on market.
Marina Zaslavskaya with Keller Williams Elite Properties, and Mikhail MudrIk with the Agency Florida represented both the buyer and the seller.
