Palm Beach County’s condo sales and dollar volume surged last week.
Brokers closed 174 condo sales totaling $216.4 million from Mar. 30 to Apr. 6. The previous week, brokers closed 119 condo sales totaling $70.9 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $1,243,509, higher than the $595,957 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $568 from $390, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $6.7 million to $14.1 million.
Unit 2A at Kirkland House, at 101 Worth Avenue in Palm Beach, took the top spot with a $14.1 million closing. The sale closed at $3,793 per square foot after 140 days on market.
Dana Koch with the Corcoran Group had the listing, and Spencer Schlager with Douglas Elliman brought the buyer.
Unit 304 at One Thousand Ocean, at 1000 South Ocean Boulevard in Boca Raton, closed for the second highest amount, $8.6 million, or $2,152 per square foot after 88 days on market.
Senada Adžem with Douglas Elliman had the listing, and Jeannie Adams with Lang Realty represented the buyer.
