Miami-Dade County’s condo sales and dollar volume fell last week.
Brokers closed 116 condo sales totaling $123.2 million from April 6 to April 13. The previous week, brokers closed 152 condo sales totaling $131.8 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $1,062,048, higher than the $867,375 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $636 from $585, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $2.4 million to $20.5 million.
Unit 7964 at Oceanside, at 7964 Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach, took the top spot with a $20.5 million closing. The sale closed at $3,006 per square foot after 292 days on market.
Karla Abaunza and Maria Oneide Gioia with Luxury Living Realty had the listing, and Laura Castillo with the Corcoran Group represented the buyer.
Unit 4401 at Five Park, at 500 Alton Road in Miami Beach, closed for the second highest amount, $9 million, or $2,839 per square foot after 482 days on market.
Anca Mirescu and Charlotte Maietto with Douglas Elliman had the listing, and Mirescu brought the buyer.
