Palm Beach County’s condo sales and dollar volume rose last week.
Brokers closed 77 condo sales totaling $34.3 million from July 14 to July 20. That’s up from 59 condo sales totaling $24.8 million the week prior.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $445,079, higher than the $420,076 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $265 from $293, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $745,000 to $5.5 million.
Unit 203S at Mizner Grand, at 550 Southeast Fifth Avenue in Boca Raton, took the top spot with a $5.5 million closing. The sale closed at $943 per square foot after 164 days on market.
David Hall and Sonia Hall with Compass had the listing, and Hall brought the buyer.
A townhouse at 156 Eagle Drive in Jupiter’s gated Admirals Cove neighborhood closed for the second highest amount, $2.1 million, or $850 per square foot after 151 days on market.
Thomas Frankel and Allan Meyerson with Admirals Cove Realty had the listing, and Frankel brought the buyer.
