Miami-Dade County’s condo sales and dollar volume rose last week.
Brokers closed 97 condo sales totaling $121.6 million from July 28 to Aug. 3. The previous week, brokers closed 88 condo sales totaling $110.8 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $1,240,658, lower than the $1,259,057 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $604 from $635, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.9 million to $17 million.
Unit 6881 at Palazzo Della Luna at 6880 Fisher Island Drive in Fisher Island took the top spot with a $17 million closing. The sale closed at $3,846 per square foot after 198 days on market.
Dora Puig with Luxe Living Realty represented both sides of the transaction.
Unit 1601 at Continuum on South Beach, at 50 South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach, took the top spot with a $12.8 million closing. The sale closed at $3,646 per square foot after 112 days on market.
Mick Duchon and Eloy Carmenate with the Corcoran Group had the listing, and Julian Johnston, also with Corcoran, represented the buyer.
