Xcel Padel | Palm Beach County
An indoor padel club will open two Palm Beach County outposts.
Xcel Padel leased 45,000 square feet at 17035 Persimmon Boulevard in Westlake, where it will open on Friday, according to the tenant’s news release.
In November, Xcel Padel will open a 60,000-square-foot facility at 101 Sansburys Way in unincorporated Palm Beach County, the tenant’s spokesperson said. That facility also will be Xcel’s headquarters.
Records show an entity tied to West Palm Beach-based Horizon Industries and Bennett Tristano owns the Westlake building. An affiliate of Palm Beach-based Vecellio Group owns the 101 Sansburys Way building.
Founded last year, Xcel Padel is led by CEO Iryna Ryzhuk. Marcos del Pilar is a partner in Xcel Padel.
Duetti, Detect, Monta | Miami
Big Move Properties scored three tenants at one of its properties in Miami’s Wynwood.
Duetti, a music financing platform and catalog management and marketing firm, leased 2,000 square feet; Detect, an artificial intelligence firm that works on electrical grid diagnostics, leased 2,200 square feet; and Danish electric vehicle charging platform Monta leased 3,000 square feet at Campus on 5th at 2600-2650 Northwest Fifth Avenue, according to a news release from the landlord’s broker. Monta will establish its U.S. headquarters at the property.

CP Group is fresh off an office leasing spree at its One Biscayne Tower in downtown Miami.
Law firm Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough renewed its 26,800-square-foot lease; Alvarez & Marsal Tax signed a new 23,100-square-foot lease; and FTI Consulting renewed its 7,700-square-foot lease, according to a CP Group news release. Also, law firm Young, Bill, Boles, Palmer, Duke & Thompson renewed its 6,600-square-foot lease and law firm Filler Rodriguez signed a new 2,400-square-foot lease.

Nacionsushi | Doral
A sushi restaurant founded in Panama opened its first U.S. outpost in Doral.
Nacionsushi, founded in 2014 and known for its colorful interior design, leased 3,600 square feet at Doral Square Shopping Mall at 8700 Northwest 36th Street, according to the tenant’s news release. The restaurant is led by CEO Milton Reyes.
Coconut Grove-based Terra, led by David Martin, owns the property, records show.
