Billionaire Rockstar Energy founder Russell Weiner is buying a second mansion in the exclusive Stone Creek Ranch community in Palm Beach County, bringing his total spending in the neighborhood to more than $40 million, The Real Deal has learned.
Weiner is under contract to purchase the 11,500-square-foot estate on 2.5 acres at 9303 Hawk Shadow Lane, he said. It’s on the market for nearly $22 million.
Weiner, whose legal name is Russell Savage, is also in contract to buy the 11,500-square-foot mansion on 2.6 acres at 16071 Quiet Vista Circle, asking $20.9 million.
Stone Creek Ranch is an ultra wealthy private neighborhood in unincorporated Palm Beach County, where actor, musician and entrepreneur Mark Wahlberg recently paid $32.6 million to acquire a mansion.

Weiner said he’s buying the two properties furnished. He hasn’t decided yet what he plans to do with both mansions.
The house on Hawk Shadow Lane is on the market with Douglas Elliman’s Senada Adžem. Adžem declined to comment. The property includes a nine-car air conditioned garage that can fit 18 cars using lifts; a club room with a 150-inch projection screen; a pool and 660 feet of lake frontage, according to the listing. It has six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.
A company managed by life coach and author Mari Vasan paid $7 million for the home in 2018, a year after it was completed, property records show. Vasan is a former Wall Street research analyst and Deutsche Bank managing director.
Weiner compared the gated community to Beverly Park in Los Angeles, where he said most homes are on 2.5 acres each and have tennis courts, and the neighborhood has armed guards. But Weiner has fully set his sights on Florida, which he said is “the new Golden State.”
“There is no better place to invest money in real estate than South Florida,” he said. “California turned to rust, and New York turned to mold.”
Weiner made his fortune with the sale of Rockstar Energy to PepsiCo in 2020, the same year he began investing in South Florida luxury real estate. He also owns mansions in Miami Beach. Forbes, which pegs his net worth at $5.4 billion, reported the sale to PepsiCo was valued at more than $4 billion.
Weiner said Stone Creek Ranch, which is across the street from the Mizner Country Club, has “far more upside to go.” He said his purchases are a “steal” and that prospective buyers have approached him to flip the homes for millions more.
“The teardowns in Palm Beach are $200 million, and this has more land,” he said. “It’s gated and armed and no one can drive by. What is that worth? You can be in Miami in an hour, Palm Beach in 30 minutes.”
