Chuck Bonfiglio assumed the role as Florida Realtors’ 2026 president, according to a news release. Bonfiglio is the broker and owner of AAA Realty Group in Plantation, and previously served as the treasurer, vice president and president-elect of Florida Realtors. In this role, he represents more than 230,000 realtors across the state and noted a focus on taxes, insurance and affordability, the release shows.
CBRE tapped Christine Jarro as director of property management in South Florida, a news release shows. Jarro joined the firm from Cushman & Wakefield, where she was an associate director for nearly three years. At CBRE, Jarro is responsible for 13 million square feet of office, retail and industrial across the tri-county region.
Palm Beach-based Township Capital promoted Jonathan Sparacio to chief operating officer, according to a news release. Sparacio joined Township as director of finance in 2024, and he will be responsible for overseeing financial strategy, capital planning and operational infrastructure at the firm, the release shows. Township is led by founder and CEO Matthew Gorelik, and its portfolio spans asset classes and U.S. regions, according to its website.
The Keyes Company brought in the Landmark IV Group, formerly Landmark IV Realty, to its Hollywood office, according to a news release. Landmark IV was founded in 1980 and is led by mother-daughter duo Janie and Amy Berman.
Top Coldwell Banker Realty agent Dawn McKenna and her namesake team expanded to 30A and Destin, according to a news release. Among the agents joining McKenna in the growing region are Bonnie Hall and Maria McKenna, the release shows. Hall has been an agent with Coldwell Banker in the region since 2012, and McKenna joined the brokerage in 2021, LinkedIn shows. Their markets include Fort Walton Beach, Rosemary Beach and Panama City Beach, spanning the Emerald Coast. Prices in 30A have exploded in recent years. Last month, a beachfront teardown set a price record when it sold for $41 million.
In other brokerage news, BI Group tapped One Sotheby’s International Realty as the broker for its Parkside project, an eight-story, 187-unit condo-hotel planned for Brickell, a news release shows.
Brown Harris Stevens has been bulking up its South Florida team. The brokerage brought in the Arca Group, a four-agent team made up of Jenny Gonzalez, Rocio Useche, Adriana Sanchez and Diana Yocum. They joined the brokerage in its Continuum office from Engel & Völkers. The group’s career sales volume totals more than $600 million, the release shows.
