In the latest roundup of South Florida real estate hiring news, firms and industry groups made key leadership announcements for the year.
Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors tapped Jonathan Dolphus as its 2026 president. Dolphus leads the Dolphus Group with eXp Realty in Lake Worth and West Palm Beach. He joined the firm in 2021. He was first vice president for the group in 2022.
Miami-based real estate law firm Bercow Radell Fernandez Larkin & Tapanes named Nicholas “Nick” Rodriguez-Caballero as a partner in the firm, a news release shows. Caballero has been with the firm for nearly eight years, first joining as a summer associate while attending law school at Florida State University. He focuses his practice on land use, zoning and environmental matters, and holds expertise in coastal resilience and oceanography.
Wellington-based multifamily developer Bainbridge Companies hired Jennifer Ipock as vice president of operations, according to a release. Ipock joins from RKW Residential, where she was a regional vice president working in operations in a portfolio that spanned the Carolinas, Florida, Tennessee and Georgia for nine years, LinkedIn shows. In her role with Bainbridge, Ipock will oversee operational strategy and performance across the firm’s portfolio.
The Keyes Company expanded its presence in Southwest Florida through a partnership with Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group, according to a release. The firm will continue to operate under its leadership and branding, the release shows. Jeff Miloff and Gary Aubuchon founded the Cape Coral-based group in 1999, and have closed $3.4 billion in sales volume.Foss Real Estate Partners brought in Robert Horton as a partner to expand the firm’s capital markets operations, according to a news release. Horton previously worked for Concord Summit Capital, where he was a managing director for two years. He will be based in Miami while working for the Dallas-headquartered Foss.
