📊Commercial: In North Bay Village, an LLC managed by Luis Navas offloaded three waterfront parcels of vacant land along East Drive for $19.1 million. Each plot spans 11,200 square feet. Two plots are adjacent, and the third, which has an address of 7922 East Drive, is across the street. The buyer was an affiliate of El-Ad National Properties, a developer based in Boca Raton.
📊 Residential: Meir Levy scooped up a single-family home at 1261 99th Street in Bay Harbor Islands for $8 million, or roughly $1,300 per square foot. It went on the market in September, with an asking price of $8.7 million. Shneur Shapiro with The Brokerage South Florida Real Estate had the listing, and Ethan Assouline and Ruthie Assouline Douglas Elliman brought the buyer.
