📊 Commercial: Toburn Partners sold a parking lot along North University Drive in Plantation for $48.5 million. The buyer was Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois-based Ed Napleton Automotive Group. The lot spans about 219,100 square feet, pricing the sale at roughly $220 per square foot.

The transaction pencils out to just over $1,700 per square foot. Vince Marotta with Illustrated Properties had the listing, and James Kenny with K2 Realty brought the buyer.
