🏆 Residential: The top sale to hit records in South Florida was in Palm Beach, where trusts tied to Lili and Ambrose Monell, Maia Monell and Maurizio Morello sold a lakefront estate at 635 Crest Road for $57 million. The buyer was another trust, with Cameron Casey as trustee. The property has a dock and spans about 7,800 square feet; it dates to the 1950s. A few years ago, the Monells sold a neighboring property, a vacant lot, for $25 million. Ambrose Monell is the grandson of an industrialist and financier of the same name.

🏆 Commercial: The top commercial real estate deal to hit records was in Jupiter. Voloridge acquired a portion of Harbourside Place, where the firm is already headquartered, for $57.6 million. The sellers were entities tied to Nicholas Mastroianni, who developed the mixed-use site along the Intracoastal Waterway in 2014. Voloridge said it plans to construct a new building for the health and wellness industry, creating 100 to 200 new jobs.

📊 Commercial: Toburn Partners sold a parking lot along North University Drive in Plantation for $48.5 million. The buyer was Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois-based Ed Napleton Automotive Group. The lot spans about 219,100 square feet, pricing the sale at roughly $220 per square foot.

📊 Residential: In Jupiter, Robert, Linnette and Myron Miller sold a home at 150 Bears Club Drive for $14 million. The sellers had owned the property since 2021, when they purchased it for $10.7 million. Its new owner is Brookline Bears LLC. The residence spans roughly 8,200 square feet and sits on a 1.3-acre lot. It has six bedrooms and seven and a half baths. It also has a four-car garage and a pool. The transaction pencils out to just over $1,700 per square foot. Vince Marotta with Illustrated Properties had the listing, and James Kenny with K2 Realty brought the buyer.
