The seller of the property, at 251 North Narcissus Avenue, was an affiliate of Wheelock Capital, which purchased the 208-key property in 2021 for $106.4 million. Tokyo-based Nomura provided a $172.5 million loan for the latest transaction.
📊 Commercial: In Hialeah, a Ford car dealership at 1200 West 49th Street traded for $21.5 million. The site was owned by the late car selling magnate Gus Machado and his family, who purchased the 52,400-square-foot property in 1984 for $8.5 million. Its new owner is an LLC managed by Luis Somoano, owner of a Lincoln Mercury dealership in Doral.
📊 Commercial: Wakefield, Massachusetts-based NorthBridge Partners paid $34 million for a seven-building industrial complex spanning more than 144,000 square feet in Oakland Park. The seller was an LLC tied to Jeffrey Pechter’s Mindful Group, which is based in Delray Beach. The properties include: 3600, 3601-3661, 3731-3761 and 3750-3790 Northeast Fourth Avenue; 3601-3611 and 3701-3709 Northeast Fifth Avenue and 3620-3780 Northeast Third Avenue. They last sold in 2021, for $17.9 million.
